Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Ampua Tours, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences. We understand that plans can change, so we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the tour date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
  • No-shows will result in no refund.

Company-Initiated Cancellations:

  • If Ampua Tours cancels a tour due to bad weather, government restrictions, or operational issues, customers will be offered:
    • A full refund OR
    • The option to reschedule the tour at no extra charge.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued via the original payment method. Any bank fees incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Special Cases & Exceptions

Medical emergencies may qualify for partial refunds with valid proof. If a tour is cut short due to external factors, partial refunds or rescheduling may be considered.
