Ampua Tours does not engage in the physical shipping of goods. However, we ensure timely and efficient delivery of digital confirmations, tickets, and itinerary details.

2. Digital Delivery of Tour Confirmation

Upon successful booking, customers will receive a confirmation email within 5-10 minutes. If the email is not received, please check the spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

3. Delivery of Tour-Related Documents

  • E-tickets, invoices, and booking confirmations will be sent via email and WhatsApp (if provided).
  • Physical copies of itineraries (if required) can be collected from our office in Bengaluru.

4. Changes to Bookings and Delivery Timeline

If a booking modification is requested, updated confirmations will be sent within 24 hours. In case of technical issues, customers can contact us for manual assistance.
